Live for the moment!

Ladies and Gentlemen, that has to be the most stupid statement anyone could ever come up with. The person who came up with this must have been drinking very much that fateful day. Unforunatly, many people live by this statement, for some, it is a creed.

How does one live for the moment? Is it to suggest that one has giving up hope of living or is it to say that the future is less important than the present? I wonder how we as a race are expected to live life for the moment. The good news however is that many people do say it, but dont practice. And it is those people that understand the meaning of life.

I say .... Live for today in the hopes that you will have a tomorrow.
